Gallup’s CliftonStrengths

As an employee of global tech in early 2007, Marisa was exposed to StrengthsFinder, later becoming the Strengths Program Manager company-wide, obtaining her first certification in 2011 by Evolve Partners, and then received the Gallup Strengths certification in January 2015. By July 2015, Marisa was fully self-employed, offering customized Strengths workshops and coaching sessions to clients in the San Antonio area.

Our fellow Strengths consultants are also Gallup Certified and have partnered in projects since 2009, fostering long-term relationships in our community. Yet the global Gallup Certified community of coaches is vast and connected for further collaboration.

We partner with you to understand your unique organizational dynamics, practices, and pain points, crafting a Strengths solution angled to exceed your learning goals. Honoring Ancient Traditions: The "Toltec Wisdom" Book Series

Toltec Wisdom , Don Miguel Ruiz

Toltec Wisdom series of books by Don Miguel Ruiz

We believe in rescuing and honoring our Indigenous Native American roots. As a Mexican national, Marisa attended the National School of Anthropology and History in Mexico City at the age of 17, where she was floored when first exposed to Indigenous knowledge, including Toltec philosophy. Soon after, Marisa discovered Don Miguel Ruiz’ The Four Agreements’ book; the first of the Toltec Wisdom series. In this book, the author reveals the source of self-limiting beliefs that rob us of joy and create needless suffering. The book is a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives into a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love. Featured by Oprah Winfrey and Ellen DeGeneres, don Miguel Ruiz’ book is a gift to humanity by simplifying complex Indigenous thought into practical steps for daily life.

Utilizing The Four Agreements in customized team training for customer service, communication skills, and even integrating Strengths, the Toltec Wisdom books have enabled Intercultural Talent to successfully integrate Indigenous ancient knowledge into the digital-era workplace. We empower global diverse teams with a combination of modern research-based tools and ancient knowledge, inclusive of diverse regions of the world.

Examples of Toltec Wisdom Workshops:

  • The Four Agreements for the Workplace

  • Customer Service with The Four Agreements

  • Strengths with the Four Agreements.

Other Toltec Wisdom Books besides The Four Agreements:

  • The Mastery of Love - A Practical Guide to the Art of Relationships

  • The Fifth Agreement - A Practical Guide to Self-Mastery

  • The Voice of Knowledge - A Practical Guide to Inner Peace

  • The Actor - How to Live an Authentic Life

  • Grief and Renewal - Finding Beauty and Balance in Loss

By blending the timeless wisdom of the Toltec tradition with our modern talent development strategies, we offer a unique and impactful path to profound personal and professional transformation.

“There are three words that describe Marisa and her work: Impactful, Accurate, and Fun. Impactful because I could see a ‘before and after’ her training with the team. We really adopted the learnings and continue to benefit from them. She is attuned to individuals, as well as, dynamics and how these play in a team environment. This makes her incredibly accurate in training and development needs, and how to address them.”
