Meet the Founder, Marisa Ortiz Global Cultural Symphonist
A true global citizen, she brings over 25 years of experience training culturally and generationally diverse teams, dating back to the late 90s. Born and raised in Mexico and based in San Antonio, Texas, her journey across the globe has shaped her profound intercultural awareness. With extensive experience in Human Resources and International Business, she empowers many women, Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) leaders and organizations to build culturally intelligent workplaces. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Talent Development Consultant, she leverages her vast global knowledge to unlock potential and drive impactful collaboration.
